Comments :
Unknown flagellate, probably Trypanosoma conorhini, visible in the gut of Triatoma rubrofasciata (insectary of the Department of Chemistry, Prof. Pham Thi Khoa, NIMPE).
The parasite was discovered during the dissection of the bug for cytogenetic characterization (Dr. F. Panzera).
Video taken by Dr. M. Desquesnes.
